Worst service or really, the lack thereof during a very stressful time, that I have ever received as of yet. Maybe I live in a different dimension - but compared to these nice reviews I encountered something totally different, as have people I know personally. Wrote to them to see if I was entirely off base or just for some response or resolution but got nothing as of yet so here we are! Just be prepared to possibly have a lack of answers if it is your first accident and you are NOT at fault.
